Do I need to make an appointment to get started?

We do recommend that you make an appointment with an Exclusive Windows, Inc. sales professional prior to visiting our facility. To make an appointment, call 630.655.1898.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, by appointment only.

Will you come to my property to measure?

Yes. If you are replacing or repairing windows or doors, we actually prefer to come out and measure on-site. For new construction projects, measurements are generally provided to us from the builder or architect.

Can we get shop drawings?

Yes. We will be happy to supply shop drawings upon request.

Who does the installation?

We streamline the installation process by employing in-house carpenters capable of handling all of our installations. As a result, you don’t have to wait for a manufacturer’s installer to be available. You get quality installation without the wait.

Do you install windows and doors for historical properties?

Yes. We can supply and install windows and doors for historic and preservation properties.

What kind of warranties or guarantees do you offer?

In addition to the manufacturers’ warranties, we offer a standard three-year satisfaction guarantee on the operation and installation of your windows and doors. If a window or door that Exclusive Windows, Inc. installed does not operate properly, we will fix it, now and in the future.

How long does it take from the time I order until my windows or doors arrive?

Generally, from the time we place an order until it is shipped, it takes about four weeks for custom windows and up to 12 weeks for custom doors. However, the specific time may vary from project to project.

What kind of warehouse/distribution capabilities do you have?

For your convenience, our state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility in Willowbrook, IL can accommodate shipments when drop shipping is not possible.
